Dr. Kietzman is highly trained and experienced in adult mental health concerns of all types.  She has treated successfully the seriously mentally ill as well as those with adjustment and transitional concerns in their life.

Dr. Kietzman also specializes in perinatal and attachment mental health issues. She helps parents with maternal and paternal mental health concerns.  She offers education to local agencies that support families as well as physicians to identify and support mothers and fathers with peripartum mental health concerns.  

These vital relationships build the foundation for your health and well-being.  Dr. Kietzman has taken a special interest in infant mental health issues and development.  She will help you as a parent give your child the best foundation you can to grow up as a healthy adult.

Emergency Procedure Reminder

For current patients, Dr. Kietzman returns urgent calls between 8 a.m and 8 p.m daily.  For new patients,  Dr. Kietzman will return business and appointment calls while she am in the office on Monday, through Thursday.  She is not in the office on Fridays or weekends.

Dr. Kietzman is unable to answer emergency or urgent calls.  Please use these other services to manage emergency issues that can't wait for a return call from Dr. Kietzman.  The Montana Warmline is an excellent service.  The hours are M-F 4-10 p.m. and Weekends: 1-10 p.m.  Contact information:  1-877-688-3377 or e-mail for information:  info@montanamentalhealth.org,  It is not a crisis line but will help refer you to a crisis service when needed.
